Exchange Process:

  1. If the product is damaged or not as ordered, please shoot an unedited video of the package opening to show the condition of the product and any issues.
  2. You must request the exchange within 3 to 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Shipping Cost:
    • If the issue is on our end (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
    • If you ordered the wrong product or simply no longer want the item, the return shipping will be at your expense.

Once the video is reviewed and approved, we will send you the replacement product free of charge if the issue is on our end.
