However, in the rare case that a product is unavailable or requires additional time for preparation, the delivery may extend to 10 to 15 working days. Rest assured, we take great care in packaging and quality checks to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.

Return
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We do not accept returns, but we offer exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, or if you received an item different from what you ordered.
Exchange Process:
- If the product is damaged or not as ordered, please shoot an unedited video of the package opening to show the condition of the product and any issues.
- You must request the exchange within 3 to 7 days of receiving your order.
- Shipping Cost:
- If the issue is on our end (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
- If you ordered the wrong product or simply no longer want the item, the return shipping will be at your expense.
Once the video is reviewed and approved, we will send you the replacement product free of charge if the issue is on our end.

Size and Weight Policy
At Unity Handicrafts, we ensure transparency and consistency in our product listings. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, there may be slight variations in size and weight. Here’s how we handle them:
- Size Variations: While we provide the most accurate measurements possible, please note that if the actual size of a product is between 9.6cm to 9.9cm, we will round it up and list it as 10cm. This helps maintain consistency and clarity in our product descriptions.
- Weight Variations: Similarly, the weight of the product may vary slightly due to packaging materials and the nature of handcrafted items. For example, a product listed as 1kg may have a slight difference in weight, either slightly more or less, due to packing. However, we only charge based on the actual weight of the product.
We provide accurate product information to ensure you receive the best quality and service. Minor variations in size and weight are normal and are part of the handcrafted charm of our items.
